Missions et objectifs
JOLLY DYNAMICS is a local Non-profit founded in 2016 in Ndop, in the North West Region of Cameroon and formally registered in January 2020 as an association with registration N0: 447/RDA/E.31/067/ALPAS.
Our organization was born out of the increased instability in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon, which our area is highly affected with the influx of many youths who are no longer attending school. So many displacements have taken place because of the on-going armed conflict, which makes it difficult for most of the displaced persons especially women to incorporate in the society for various reasons. Most families have abandoned their source of livelihood and now depend on people to feed them. Some go out on the streets to do odd jobs to make a living while some are sexually abused.

Objectives
- To create awareness on the need of skill development as a means of being self-employed;
- To reinforce the need to train people in various skills;
- To inspire and collaborate with trained persons to promote a friendly Environment towards Sustainable Skill Development that ensures continuity;
- Training of person in areas tailoring, embroidery, traditional regalia, domestic production of soaps rubbing oil and general vocational skill development.
