The nine man bureau headed by Ndi Tsembom Elvis was elected Friday November 13, 2020 in Bamenda.

Speaking to the press shortly after the elections, the president-elect, Ndi Tsembom Elvis showered praises on the outgoing executive and termed them as "over achievers". He enumerated the good deeds of the bureau ranging from the office project, an exchange visit to the Yaounde chapter, increasing the membership to 75 and reinforcing the deal with the regional hospital.

Ndi Tsembom Elvis acknowledged that, taking over from the Ambe MacMillan led executive is a daunting task and promised that he and his executives will do their best to maintain the status quo and make the over 75 members of CAMASEJ North West grow in terms of Professionalism.

"We are going to organise and follow-up a plethora of seminars, workshops, with the members of CAMASEJ North West", Ndi Tsembom Elvis said.

"We are also going to set up an ethics committee to ensure that we have a change of behavior on the field when it comes to practice".

"We will also try as much as possible to ensure that members who are practicing here in the region can have an alternative source of income", he said.

With the launching of campaigns for the regional council elections in the days ahead and the elections build for December 6, the president-elect disclosed that, CAMASEJ North West will organize a coffee talk with about 25 journalists to ensure that they are abreast with the law on regional and local authorities and what the special status is all about.

To the outgoing president Ambe MacMillan Awa, he is very confident that the new team will leave to expectations. This is because the president elect was a member of his executive and he knows exactly what it took them to get to the level in which they are today.

Ambe MacMillan Awa advised the new team to continuously work together and believe in team spirit and always seek for advice to make a better choice.

Despite popular calls from members for Ambe MacMillan Awa to seek for a second term at the helm of the North-West chapter, he told members prior to the elections that, he has exhausted the plans he had for CAMASEJ North-West and doesn't think taking another mandate will be good for him.

Earlier, the outgoing executive presented a report of their activities and the financial balance sheet since November 9, 2018 that the executive was voted into office.
